Miss Rachel Gresock
7-8 Homeroom

My name is Rachel Gresock and I am the 7-8 grade teacher here at Prince of Peace Lutheran School and I also teach the 5th-6th graders social studies. 

 

I grew up in Linden, Michigan. For high school, I attended Michigan Lutheran Seminary in Saginaw, Michigan and then went on to continue my education in New Ulm, Minnesota at Martin Luther College. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Secondary Social Studies Education with a minor in Chinese.

 

I came to Prince of Peace first in 2020 to help as a teachers aide and substitute teacher. Then God called me to serve as a missionary in Thailand for almost two years. While I was there, I taught English, volunteered at Thai Village, and worked alongside a church in Chiang Mai. This was an amazing experience where I learned so much about another culture, language, and most importantly how to share the gospel with others. 

 

This year I am looking forward to teaching all of my students! I pray that my overseas experience and my background in diverse education can serve Prince of Peace well. Looking forward to another great year together!
